02 Our process

How we handle it. Step by step.

  1. 01

    Secure

Board-up and tarping protect the property from weather and entry while the loss is assessed.

  2. 02

    Assess

We walk the structure, document the damage and separate what can be cleaned from what must be removed.

  3. 03

    Clean & deodorize

Soot and smoke residue are removed from surfaces and air, and odor is treated at the source.

  4. 04

    Restore

Damaged materials are replaced and the property is rebuilt toward pre-loss condition.

03 Technical capability

The right tools. Measured results.

Restoration is a science of moisture, air and materials. We measure before we act, and we measure again before we leave.

  1. 01 / 04

    Water extraction

Commercial-grade extraction removes standing water fast — the biggest single factor in how long drying takes.

    Remove the source load
  2. 02 / 04

    Structural drying

Air movers are placed to a drying plan that pulls moisture out of walls, subfloors and cavities.

    Planned airflow
  3. 03 / 04

    Air filtration

HEPA air scrubbers and containment keep particulates, soot and contaminants from spreading.

    Contain & clean
  4. 04 / 04

    Documentation

Photos, moisture readings and drying logs recorded throughout the job — the record your insurance claim relies on.

    Proof at every step

05 Questions

Straight answers.

Is it safe to go back inside?

Follow the fire department’s guidance first. Soot and damaged materials can be hazardous, so wait until the structure has been cleared before re-entering.

Can smoke odor really be removed?

In most cases, yes. Odor comes from residue on and inside materials, so it has to be removed at the source — cleaning, removal of affected materials, and deodorization, not just air fresheners.

What about the water from putting the fire out?

We handle it as part of the same job — extraction and drying run alongside fire and smoke cleanup.

What happens to my belongings?

Contents can be packed out, cleaned, inventoried and stored while the structure is restored.
