02 Our process

How we handle it. Step by step.

  1. 01

    Contain

The affected area is sealed off so contamination doesn’t spread to the rest of the property.

  2. 02

    Remove

Waste water is extracted and contaminated porous materials like carpet and drywall are removed.

  3. 03

    Sanitize

Surfaces are cleaned and treated, and air filtration runs during the work.

  4. 04

    Dry & restore

The structure is dried and verified before rebuilding begins.

03 Technical capability

The right tools. Measured results.

Restoration is a science of moisture, air and materials. We measure before we act, and we measure again before we leave.

  1. 01 / 04

    Water extraction

Commercial-grade extraction removes standing water fast — the biggest single factor in how long drying takes.

    Remove the source load
  2. 02 / 04

    Structural drying

Air movers are placed to a drying plan that pulls moisture out of walls, subfloors and cavities.

    Planned airflow
  3. 03 / 04

    Air filtration

HEPA air scrubbers and containment keep particulates, soot and contaminants from spreading.

    Contain & clean
  4. 04 / 04

    Documentation

Photos, moisture readings and drying logs recorded throughout the job — the record your insurance claim relies on.

    Proof at every step

05 Questions

Straight answers.

Can I clean it up myself?

We don’t recommend it. Sewage contains bacteria and other pathogens. Proper protective equipment, containment and removal of contaminated materials are what make the space safe again.

Does carpet have to be thrown out?

Carpet and pad that sewage has soaked are generally removed and replaced. Hard surfaces can usually be cleaned and sanitized.

Is it safe to stay in the house?

Keep people and pets away from the affected area. Depending on where it is and how much there is, it may be best to stay elsewhere during cleanup — we’ll tell you honestly.
