You can call us first. Stopping the damage quickly is part of protecting your claim. We document everything from the start so you have what your adjuster needs.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
Often, yes. Drying equipment makes noise and heat, but most families stay. For contaminated water, fire damage or extensive work, we’ll walk through your options honestly.
What happens to my furniture and belongings?
We move and protect what we can on site. When rooms need to be emptied, we pack out, inventory and store your belongings until the work is done.
How do I know when it’s actually dry?
We measure. Moisture readings are taken every visit, and equipment only comes out once materials reach a dry standard.
